NATURAL SOLUTION THURSDAY!!!!! There are truly natural solutions to assist with healing everything and I always recommend you try natural solutions first!

NATURAL SOLUTIONS FOR MUSCLE RELAXATION….

If you are a woman in the busy world today you most likely have some chronic muscle tension in your body that could use some relaxation. Here are a few natural tips to start relaxing those muscles and getting you feeling more free and expansive fast!

-Herbs such as chamomile. Drink a cup or more of chamomile tea each day.

-Essential oils such as lavender and peppermint.

Try this blend of marjoram, peppermint, helichrysum, juniper berry, lavender and roman chamomile. Lemongrass essential oil also helps to improve blood circulation and therefore helps relieve muscle spasms.

Frankincense and Cypress essential oils are two of my faves for decreasing inflammation and improving circulation, which helps reduce pain and muscle spasms.

You an also use Serenity blend by doTERRA in your diffuser!

-Arnica Oil- Arnica oil stimulates the flow of white blood cells, which process congested blood to help disperse trapped fluid from the muscles, joints and bruised tissue.

-Cannabis Oil- Research suggests that cannabinoids may prove useful in pain modulation by inhibiting neuronal transmission in pain pathways allowing it to be a great choice as a natural muscle relaxer. The oil has the ability to relieve chronic pain and inflammation

-Massage- Getting regular massages from a licensed practitioner to work on the specific area of concern and other areas that may be causing imbalances is important.

-Avoid sugar, caffeine, alcohol, trans fats and excess calories!

-Eat foods high in magnesium: pumpkin seeds, almonds, cashews, brazil nuts, wild salmon, dried corander, cacao, flaxseed, sunflower seeds, halibut, dates, non-gluten oats, spinach, artichokes, avocados.

-Eat foods high in calcium such as almonds, turnip greens, sesame seeds, chia seeds, bok choy, kale, seaweed, non-gluten oats.

-Eat foods high in potassium and vitamin D also!

-Drink lots of water between meals.

-Epsom Salt & Magnesium- take a soak in epsom salt daily plus make sure your levels of magnesium intake daily are appropriate.

-Mindful Movement- You need to move daily! Listen to your body and allow it to move how it desires. Just as important is take time to Rest and Relax every day! Your body is always guiding you.

-Practice meditation at least two times a day for twenty minutes to keep your nervous system calm.

-Become aware of your beliefs and thoughts and how they effect the tension in your body. When you think true-self high-vibe thoughts your muscles relax.

-Become mindful of your breath during the day. Slow your breath down to activate your rest and digest response in your body.

-Get great quality and quantity sleep every night. I recommend taking Serenity Capsules and using Serenity essential oil by doTERRA in your diffuser in your bedroom.

If you start to implement the ideas above you will notice your muscle tension in your body start to melt away.
